At Orono, Emma Honey scored on a Savannah Georgia assist with 6:30 left in the first half for what proved to be the game winner.
Central battled back and threatened to score with a corner shot just as time expired on the clock to end the game.
Central goalie Makayla Boudreau made 15 saves on 16 shots. Maiah Cyr had six saves on seven shots for Orono. Orono is 3-5 while Central falls to 2-6.
